When will my order be processed?
All items are handled and process in our warehouse in China. Item should be shipped out from warehouse within 2 days of order. Please allow ample time to processed during peak periods like holiday and sale season.

Are items returnable and refundable? 
All faulty products are refundable within 4 days from received date. Take note that all apparel items are non-returnable.

Will I be charge with taxes?
All items are present in our website are tax free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. For more details of those charges, please contact your local customs and post offices. 

How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery varies on each product. Item will usually take about 10-25 business days  for international orders depending on location. 

Why is there shipping options with no tracking number?
We want to make it affordable for our customers to purchase our item. That is why we provide multiple shipping method to suit your needs. As for the shipping options with no tracking number, rest assured that item will definitely be delivered to your within 45 days. If item does not arrive, please email us at [email protected] and we will look into the matter immediately.
